This policy covers the Dua ve Namaz iOS app developed by Hasan Furkan Kesgin and this website. In short: the app collects no personal data and never connects to a server.

Accounts and personal data

There is no account, sign-up or sign-in. Your name, email address or any other personal data is not requested, collected, stored or shared with anyone.

Internet, analytics and advertising

The app never connects to a server and works fully offline. It uses no analytics, crash reporting, advertising, tracking or third-party software development kits (SDKs). Your browser opens only when you tap a link yourself (for example, to this page).

Location

Location access is optional; you can use the app fully by choosing a city instead. If you allow it, your location is used only on your device to calculate prayer times and the qibla direction, is rounded to about 1 km, is stored only on your device and never leaves it. Location is used only while the app is open. You can turn location access off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

Information that stays on your device

Your settings, chosen location, reminders, dhikr counts and your last place in the Quran are stored only on your device (and in widgets on the same device). Deleting the app deletes them.

Notifications and alarms

Reminders are scheduled on your device as local notifications or alarms. No server (push) notifications are used. Notification and alarm permissions are requested only when you turn on a reminder.

Support emails

If you write to [email protected], your email address and message are used only to reply to you and are not used for anything else or shared. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the conversation; to have them deleted, write to the same address.

Service providers

This website and the forwarding of support emails are provided by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses for these services under its own privacy policy. The app itself never connects to any server.

This website

This site uses no cookies, analytics, JavaScript or third-party resources.

Children

Because the app collects no personal data, no data is collected from children either.

Changes

If this policy changes, the current version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
